Summer Cycle outlook, input appreciated

Hey guys so I plan on running this cycle in 8-9weeks, I'm just waiting to get HCG. This isn't my first time with HCG. I plan on using the diet that i used when I cut 32lbs in 13weeks and went from 20%bf to 6%; so I will be using the same diet as i used 8 weeks ago. My goals with this cycle is to gain size and lose bf%. Hope be around 3-5%bf weighting 196lbs.
Now i weight 190bs, but i am cutting lightly now for the next 8-9 weeks to drop to about 180-183lbs; Because I would like to be at a solid 190-196lbs with 3-5%bf.
My lifts are just sets of 8-12. I've switched it up to 2 sets of heavy reps and last 2 of 8-10 reps.

Damn bro this looks awesome! This was very similar to my cutting diet. Then when you move into the recomp stage with the tren you're gonna have some ridiculous gains right before the summer time!
 
What do you do for cardio in order to minimize muscle loss while burning fat?

With that diet when i lost 32lbs in 13 weeks I just did a hard 20mins of stairs... making sure i was sweating balls. Then on stairs i did a 10 min cooldown
 
nice program! have you ever tried adding juiced veggies into the mix just to add some more nutrient rich foods to the diet? I'd be curious to know how its going for you so far.
 
Looks like a good cycle but I have just one suggestion. I would run the Tren 8 weeks bro. To me, I started seeing noticeable different results by around week 5 on Tren Ace so I think running it 8 weeks would be ideal. I planned an 8 week Tren cycle this last run and it wound up being a 10 week cycle. I think 6 weeks is too short in my opinion. Just my 2 cents. Other than that, it looks good. Good luck on it man.
 
Looks like you got a good plan for this one. Nice work. About how many carbs do you eat to shed down to below 8%? I noticed you still have some good carb meals in there. I can't seem to get below about 8% no matter what I do. I don't take tren or hcg though. Also, about how tall are you? Cycle looks good.
 
I would die on the amount of sleep you get every night, but I suppose that's the bane of being an adult with responsibilities :(

right now, my diet is similar to that, so like after my workout i had a 25g of protein shake, brown bread with 2-3oz of salem with garlic. I gonna do that diet strictly 6 weeks before the cycle, and continue it all the way through. :)

To your question, im not the biggest fan of juiced veggies :)

i have enough to run tren at 400mg/week for 7 weeks

I'm about 5'11. I honestly shedded alot of fat with this diet naturally. I believe its just to sticking to the diet without cheat meals. and eating every 3 hours, doing cardio for sure 3-4x week. Stairs worked best for me :)

lol yea man :(. Im in pre med so I have to be up earlier so i can get alot of things done. Im good off 7 hours. But now that i work on the weekends till about 5- to about 12-4am i tend to sleep till noon. and try to get studying, and get a lift in until i start work again at 5.
 
any suggestions with the length i'm running Anavar (var) and the dose? Thankyou everyone for the support
 
maybe bump the Anavar (var) up to 80 or 100 after the tren is done. not sure if you have enough to pull that off

Damn, I must of missed that. I thought it said 6 weeks. Well, you could always start the first few weeks of Tren at 300mg per week and then shoot the 8th and shoot 300mg. I ran 300mg per week of tren ace my last cycle and it was strong enough for me bro. Either way though, 7 will be fine.
