Superdrol -> First timer. Any tips?

Drink lots of water, up the calories...take liver protection, BP supplements. Worked great for me, felt like shit alot of the time though. Id try to get around 1 1/2 gallons of water daily if i was on that stuff again.

actually im considering either backloading, or bump starting my next cycle with it (test). it was a great product in a sense..but it made me feel really weird, thats what im still debating about it. strength gains were freaking amazing, as well as pumps. gained around 17 lbs with it.
 
im currently on a cycle of superdrol, im on my 6th day, noticed a little strength increase but havent really gained any weight....hey wood 78221, when did you start noticing gains and increase in strength ??? and how much of it did you keep ??? Also, how many pills were you taking a day ??? How many weeks did u take superdrol ???...This is my 1st cycle as well, so far no side effects at all....thanx

i felt it a little around day 4 or 5. my dosages were 10,20,20mg. thats 10 mg daily for the first week, then 20 mg daily for the 2nd and 3rd weeks. Weight gains were steady starting mid 2nd week.
 
todays my 7th day, so far no gains at all...still 173...wood are you supposed to take liver support while your cycling superdrol ??? according to the guy at the nutrition store, im supposed to take it after my cycle is over and he suggested sillymarin for the liver and novadex to bring up testosterone levels....so i should start experiencing gains around mid 2nd week ??? cant wait....Also, can one of you guys post up a good diet for my cycle, i want to get the most out of this cause i know you have to wait a while to you can use superdrol again...Thanx guys
 
your diet should have been in check before starting any ph or steroid cycle. Im not sure who you'd neglect to have the basics down. Good luck
 
yeah, liver support needs to be taken now. you are also susposed to start hawthorne berry a month before you start to help control BP. kinda too late for that, but i would take it any way
 
get ready for some of the most awful back pumps you will ever feel! the gains are good, and the muscle pumps are excellent but back pain is the worst. drink all the water you can hold and definately start taking some liver support, it is a must.

jph, sounds like you speak from experience. I have heard over and over again bros asking how long it takes the strength to kick in. What was your experience?

my cycle was four weeks, first week 20mg ed, second and third week 30mg ed and fourth week at 40mg ed. i have run three cycles of superdrol and had good gains off each one, i gain about 10 to 12 pounds of muscle and of course hold some water, but usually keep an average of 8 pounds of muscle. the strength gains were excellent, with the biggest gains coming in the second and third week of my cycles. i had problems with the b/p and had some pretty bad headaches while lifting at times, but with the right supps. it is not a problem. just drink plenty of water. most people will say that the hawthorne berry and milk thistle won't work, but they did for me. superdrol is an excellent way to jump start a cylcle, especially if using something like test E. I have enough for 3 more 4 weekers and will use it to jump start my next few cycles.
 
I am 135 lbs tried a 3 week cycle went from 230 lb bench to 265 gained little weight maybe 5 lbs. I think I should have increased the carbs. Take a liver support, thistle. The back pumps came om after a few days mostly with cardio but didn't phase the training. I've taken on month off and I am starting a second cycle. Remember to take a post cycle therapy (pct) also. Not many side effect from my standpoint.

did you get bloodwork?
