You NEED to eat about 120 grams of protein a day to increase your lean muscle mass!!!
winny in more androgenic then var (not by too much) so therefore Winstrol (winny) has the tendency to put on more muscle then var.. however var seems to increase strength more than winny.. Just be careful of your joints while on winny!!
ok.. milk thistle and silymarin can be bought otc at Vitamin Shoppe etc.. they are herbs that detoxify and cleanse the liver.. VERY necessary when doing alk17 orals... I normally also take cranberry extract with my milk thistle to help along my kidneys as well
Cutting agents: honestly, water manipulation works wonders.. if you are up to a gallon-a gallon and a half per day, you will be able to cut water very nicely.. also a mild diruetic if you are holding a bit helps.. you can use an otc dandelion root or pick another mild one..
also to cut, ephedra... tanning with thimucase or dmso applied to the stubborn areas... i also drink a hot cup of coffee prior to working out to raise my body temp and for the extra jolt of caffeine...
there are harsher cutters out there, but if you don't need them, don't bother..
as you said, you are lean..
worry about getting in your protein!!! Also try a bit of a plyometric leg training routine (sprints, jumps, any explosive fast twitch exercise) it will help to shock your legs and bring them in... oh yea, & SQUAT!! hack is fine.. whatever works..
