Friends, I have just started a course of testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) (cypionate). It has given me the drive to hit the gym harder than I have been able to in a long time. While the mind and muscles are certainly willing, I am concerned that I may be pushing the supporting tissue beyond where 56 year old tissue/joints wants to go. Have developed some rotator cuff pain which I am sure is from over-taxing. Would a supplement help to provide some extra resiliency/recovery, and would not interfere with my test?
