Supplements I Have, What Should I Actually Take?

Over the last few years i have acquired a number of supplements and was wondering what ones i actually need to take.

I was planning on starting my Clenbuterol tabs to assist in my efforts in cutting a bit of fat. My bodyfat % is 15%.

I finished my first cycle two months ago and plan on cutting the fat down before possibly starting a second cycle and summer is also starting so every little bit helps.

Here are my supps (in no real order):

L-Arginine
Liv.52 DS
Magnesium (for cramping)
Beta Alanine
BCAA
Acetyl Carnitine
Creatine Monohydrate
L-Glutamine
Glucosamine (for joints)
MSM (for joints)
Orange Triad (multivitamin)

Also if anyone could suggest a supplement that is not on my list; i would be happy to hear.

Thanks

ya arginine is the most useless thing out there. I would rather use freaking USP labs products than using arginine. Alpha T2 is another amazing product also.

Thanks for the feedback guys, anyone else with an input?

So is everything else i have worth taking? Are there any interactions between any of them that anyone knows about?

1) cut the clen and just work on your diet man. You should be able to drop a few more percentage points to get below 15%.

the only thing you don't need on this list is l-glutamine IMO. It's a waste and a BS supplement

Black Stone labs Angel Dust add this bro one hell of a strong pwo my friend!!

So what do you base your comments on?

I'm curious too as arginine actually has clinical studies showing it is a viable vasodilator...

Edit: OP you can probably drop the glucosamine as orange triad (depending on which one you get) has glucosamine and chondroitin in it.

I've seen a lot of scientic papers saying that Beta-alanine does wonders but then a lot of bodybuilders and coaches that take it but they have never noticed any difference what so ever (and I am talking about pro coaches...so they know their stuff...not like some trainer at golds).

So I really do not know what to think of it.
