supplements question (flax oil and glutamine)

well those are generalized questions! haha
personally (and everyone is different) I would go with fish oil caps (10/day).
as for glutamine 5g 3x day. morning, post workout and before bed. ( I KNOW people here are going to argue about even taking it... but to each his/her own) :)

Oh yes, you're going to always get arguments in terms of the glutamine...hehehe
I'd try to incorporate both the flax and the fish oil into your diet. Both are beneficial. :)
