personally (and everyone is different) I would go with fish oil caps (10/day).
as for glutamine 5g 3x day. morning, post workout and before bed. ( I KNOW people here are going to argue about even taking it... but to each his/her own)

Oh yes, you're going to always get arguments in terms of the glutamine...hehehe
I'd try to incorporate both the flax and the fish oil into your diet. Both are beneficial.
