BigSickD said:Not trying to be sarcastic at all here by saying that upping your calories with good clean natural food and you will be amazed at how much quality muscle you can put on. Take the basic supps, multi packs, fish oil, vit C, creatine, protein powder and don't waste your money on B.S. and just buy more groceries. Even though I ran a Max Muscle supplement store for 3yrs, I am still not a big advocate of all the crazy supplements on the market. I would get guys all the time telling me there meal plan and they would get shocked when I told them how much I eat during a day, and also how clean I eat.

Cakalac said:Dear jesus Big I must ask how big a fellow are you. That is a lot of food! I can use that and modify it and still get my calories. Thanks for the ideas though. We tend to make diets so difficult but if you lay them out it is easy. Thanks again
BigSickD said:I did this diet 2years ago when I was bulking and thinking about getting on stage that year. I usually walk around at about 250 or so at about 12%BF, like I am now, I get up to about 275+ when I bulk. Oh and 2years ago while bulking I tore the long head of my right tricep clean off the bone and had to get a couple surgeries to fix it. Really sucked. Be careful, your muscles are way stronger than the tendons that hold them to the bone, found out the hard way.
