i am using creatine, whey and my diet and training is in check, what else can help me out?gluatmine maybe animal stack2 will these help?i am looking to gain some lean mass..

Not trying to be sarcastic at all here by saying that upping your calories with good clean natural food and you will be amazed at how much quality muscle you can put on. Take the basic supps, multi packs, fish oil, vit C, creatine, protein powder and don't waste your money on B.S. and just buy more groceries. Even though I ran a Max Muscle supplement store for 3yrs, I am still not a big advocate of all the crazy supplements on the market. I would get guys all the time telling me there meal plan and they would get shocked when I told them how much I eat during a day, and also how clean I eat.

Okay, here is an average bulk diet

Meal 1
10egg whites
6oz top sirloin
1 cup Old Fashioned oats
Bagel
Apple

Meal 2
2cans of tuna mixed into 2cups brown rice with steamed brocolli

Meal 3
2 chicken breast halves about 8-10oz
2cups brown rice pasta (you can find it at Trader joes) covered in Marinara sauce

Meal 4
Same as meal 2, keep that shit simple and as boring as possible

PWO Meal no shakes, real food
10egg whites, good fast digesting protein
2-3 cups white rice, good source of maltodextrin

About an hour or so later
Meal 5
8-10oz Salmon
Big ass baked potato/dry only ketchup
2cups of spinach/ Worked for PopEye..:D

Meal 6
This is before bed so I got creative
Mix in a blender
1cup Cottage Cheese
2tblsp peanut butter
3 scoops of Protein powder about 60g worth, I used syntha 6
banana
10oz whole milk, I love milk

I am a very boring dieter and will eat the same thing for weeks at a time, I am even worse when I diet.

Dear jesus Big I must ask how big a fellow are you. That is a lot of food! I can use that and modify it and still get my calories. Thanks for the ideas though. We tend to make diets so difficult but if you lay them out it is easy. Thanks again

I did this diet 2years ago when I was bulking and thinking about getting on stage that year. I usually walk around at about 250 or so at about 12%BF, like I am now, I get up to about 275+ when I bulk. Oh and 2years ago while bulking I tore the long head of my right tricep clean off the bone and had to get a couple surgeries to fix it. Really sucked. Be careful, your muscles are way stronger than the tendons that hold them to the bone, found out the hard way.

I knew that was a lot of food unless the person eating it was a big man. And that you apparently are. Thanks for the ideas, i always like to see what bros are doing with their diet. More should worry about diet and they wouldn't have to feel they had to work so hard to gain.

Exactly, proper diet is the key. This is why you see guys on gear and I will point them out in the gym to my wife and say, "that fool is on more gear than I take" and she usually replies, "he don't even look like he works out, what an idiot"..LOL

I did the creatine/protein thing and lifted for a while in high school, with no results. I bitched about being a hard gainer, and while I do have a fast metabolism, I didnt start intaking the calories/carbs/etc I really needed for growth until Mid-Late 2006. From that period until now, I took Whey, NO-Xplode, and M-Stak, and went from 145 to 168. That was in 3 months.

I don't know if I can give all the credit to M-Stak, but I wasnt really gaining much aside from strength before I took it. I was lifting for a few months with just NO-Xplode and Whey, gaining maybe 3 or 4lbs...Then I picked up M-Stak, and did a 21 day cycle, in that time I went from 149 to 167, and gained another lb in the past week or so.
