Supplements to take while NOT on AAS/PH

I've been reading so much on here and there is a wealth of information to be found on this site, so I'd prefer to stick with asking the members here vs. another site.

At this point I am not willing to jump into things yet. I don't have a solid enough grasp on the AAS/PH information.

So that leads me to ask, since I believe I haven't hit my natural "plateau" and am going to hold off on the AAS/PH until I know what I'm doing better, what type supplements should be taken to help the lifting process.

Current -
30 y/o
6'0" 195lbs
22% BF (down from 25-26% but weight stayed the same)
Have always been active with running and cycling(did a couple sprint triathalons), but ate like crap with fast food. Past 6-7 months have cut tat crap and have had a physical and a fitness eval to find target heart rate for cardio/fat loss.

Have started to follow the 5x5 routine from needsize on this site in the training forum and have taken all the tips from 3J and nutrion and have started to follow that.

Currently eating -(just using yesterday's log)
3839 cal
91g fat
526g carbs
246g protein

This is just from the "fitday" breakdown and all custom input foods to match what the labels say.

I don't drink(maybe 1 beer a month), and same with soda(1 a month). Really only drink water, gatorade, and some grapefruit or cranberry juice.

Goals 200lbs and 15% BF and obviously stronger overall frame

Currently taking -
Vit C tablets, Fish Oil caps, Centrex multi

Have been taking animal pump as a pre w/o but almost out and looking for recommendations for another as I don't really feel a difference from when I didn't take them.

Have my whey for post w/o. I cannot drink milk with lactose in it. Everytime I've mixed regular skim milk or 2% in with the shakes, my stomach goes apeshit. A dead person's fart doesn't have anything on me. Have switched to soy milk and that has disappeared thank god.

No history of high BP or high cholesterol, have a receeding hairline(haha).

I'll be honest and say that over the past couple years(even before starting to lift again) I have felt my libido has suffered and has not been as strong as it once was. I just got engaged, love my fiance very much, and feel she is incredibly beautiful but just can't get it up on simple demand anymore. I understand I'm not 18 anymore, but don't want to have the fiance start feeling like she can't "do it" for me.

Figured I might as well go "all in" with information since it may help someone give a better recommendation and maybe understand whats going on with my body.

What else should I be looking into? Any other specific vitamins? Any other specific supplements that could help me attain my goals?

Thank you for your advice, encouragement, thoughts, even if its a negative it will still be something to learn.

Opti-men multi vitamin
Omega 3 fish oil
Jack3d or 1MR
Creatine monohydrate
Myofusion protein

This is what i'm currently running. Don't get too crazy into taking supplements. Most of the gains you will see will be from diet and proper training.

i would highly rec:
powerchews bcaa's
need2slin
fishoil 4-7g ed
taurine 1-2g ed
ALCAR 0.5-1g ed

i feel these would help you alot with gains, fat, energy and mind.

If you are looking for something to boost your libido and general sense of well being then I would say HcGenerate from ntbm is exactly what you are looking for. It's their best selling product for good reason. It will make you feel like you are 18 again..no lie

All great recommendations right there covers the staples and a little more.

Thank you for all the advice.

For the creatine, is it recommended to take a seperate source considering the preworkout animal pump has an equivalent daily dose?

Should I have a seperate source for it?

Thanks again everyone!
