I just wanted to see what everyone else has in there cabnets. What kind of supplements do you use to bulk with. Such as glutamines amino's etc?
My diet looks something like this
meal 1: peanut butter jelly sandwhich
protein shake Metrex
banana
meal 2: yogurt, four eggs
meal 3: pasta, steak or chicken
2 slices of whole wheat with butter
potato or veggies
meal 4: protein shake and something else
meal 5: usually some peanuts and some protein shake
meal 6: dinner usually a repeat or something close to meal 3
meal 7: usually like meal 5
meal 8: ice cream protein shake
Now I also take a mutlivitamin, milk thistle, b12, and some flaxoil.
I think I have a good start. I just wanted to know about all the others such as glutamine, amino's etc. Please feel free to tear it apart Thats the only way I am going to learn. I guess my question would be better stated like this..if you where going on a desert island what would be the essentials you would take. Thanks, Joker
