Yeah i heard the same about Yohimbe. I guess if Tribulus doesnt do it for ya Yohimbe is your next best bet- Cialis is the king of kings haha love that weekender

Stamina-RX or Horny goat weed
I tried both for staying power/stamina whatever.
Horny goat weed feels more natural in that you (or) should I say "I" got my usual hard on and was able to go the distance with my GF when she decides to do a freaking marathon!

Today, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is warning consumers not to purchase or consume the following products: SIGRA, STAMINA Rx and STAMINA Rx for Women, Y-Y, Spontane ES and Uroprin, manufactured by NVE, Inc., in Newton, N.J. and distributed by Hi-Tech in Norcross, Ga. These products, which are being marketed as dietary supplements, actually contain a prescription drug ingredient that poses possible health risks. The products are being sold over-the-counter and are claiming to increase stamina, confidence and performance.
FDA has determined that the products actually contain the prescription-strength drug ingredient, tadalafil. Tadalafil is the active ingredient in Cialis, an Eli Lilly product approved in Europe to treat male erectile dysfunction. An interaction between certain prescription drugs containing nitrates (such as nitroglycerin) and tadalafil may cause a drastic lowering of blood pressure. There is real danger that this product may be taken by patients taking nitrates since erectile dysfunction is often a common problem in people with diabetes, hypertension (high blood pressure), hyperlipidemia (high cholesterol), ischemic heart disease and in people who smoke.

You know, I ran into that article awhile back when I tried it in 2005 for first time. Its an old article and again the only side effects I got was that flush face, but its not like it was completley noticable unless you were under some bright light.
Also any drug can have its adverse effects on others differently. Which is why I only take staminaRX once in a while, I mean I can still hang in their for the occasional marathon but the supplements I tried gave me that staying power. both are pretty cool
Another thing if your really thinking about so hard that you forget to relax when your about to have sex and can trigger you to not perform. First time I say it worked good, but other times I was so anxious for it to kick in that I had a few nights when I couldnt perform. Just a phsycological thing though.
This was with either supplement but this was just me in this case, but just to warn you so incase you go saying to me, that "HEY they didnt work!"

I have heard from reliable resources that the ingredients from both the new product and the old will be now be examined by a third party lab for the presence of Cialis. Hi Tech still argues that StaminaRx™ only contains ingredients listed on the bottles or the trial packets.
In early a warning statement was issued on the FDA website and then in June production was put on a hold pending an FDA investigation to confirm that the ingredients listed were indeed accurate.
It is said that the Stamina Rx FDA investigation was concluded mid August 2003, proving that Stamina-Rx does in fact contain exactly what it is said to contain.
