Caffeine, alcohol (which I wouldn't recommend), asparagus (just eating it works), and I'm sure there are more natural things like this...I could try to find more if you're interested.
Chic, be carefull with diuretics. Used to excess they can really mess you up. They're fine for some tweaking and helping with the bloat of pms for a short duration. These things are not meant for extended use.chicmuscle said:im all ears
