Supps on non work out days

Just curious I drink 3 protien shakes a day and eat the other 150 grms thru food. Should I take this much in shakes on non work out days. Also I take creatine 2 times a day on workout days and once on non workout days. So my question is do i need to load up on non work out days or can i take one protien shake? Or should I stick with the usual. Thanks
 
that is a very good question... i have been wondering that myself... :-p
415g of protein a day gets expensive... lol
 
Wow 415!!!! well I am just going for 300 and I know it is very expensive that is part of the motive for my question.
