Sust Eq and Anadrol cycle

Hey guys I'm new to this forum. I've done a few cycles in my past but just under the advice of friends that I've gotten the gear from and want to make sure I get the most out of the one I started this week. I just started sust 500/week Eq 400/week and Anadrol 100/Ed. My strength has felt good but my appetite has been out of control. I'm trying to keep my diet as under control as possible because I do not want to blow up too much and gain any bad weight. I lift 5-6 days per week and do scattered cardio through out it. And suggestions anyone could give on adjusting doses or adding anything would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.

How long is your cycle ? Eq works best when ran for at least 14 weeks, most run longer. And at 600mgs/wk at least.

I don't have any post treatment yet. I'm looking to do a 16 week cycle. And was planning on slowly introducing clinics or nolvadex around week 13.

U should have more info before going about doing a cycle. U have no ai, and no possession of pct. You're going to be in trouble!

If you don't want to eat a lot the eq is the wrong fucking drug. Like everyone said, you need to research before you start. That's like asking for tits.

Thank you Manski for the helpful information. Any other helpful advice on the questions I asked would be greatly appreciated. I understand I need post treatment. Since I am not a rookie I know that at the end of different cycles different treatments have worked better for me so I am waiting till I get closer to the end to determine what treatment I will be going with and since it is very easy to get and still about three months away I'm not very worried about it right now. As for eating a lot while on eq obviously that is something that is going to happen so it's not "the wrong fucking drug" it's the exact one I want to be on and came on this forum hoping for some helpful advice like I asked for. Hoping maybe someone knew of a way to adjust doses or something to add either to the cycle or diet to help out. I thought that's what this whole thing was for. To help each other out. And as for being on the anadrol I'm just using it as a loading phase until the sust and eq levels are up where they should be. Next week I'm planning on jumping the eq to 600 for probably about ten weeks then back down to 400 to finish up. Again if you have any helpful advise I welcome it and truly appreciate it. Thank you.

EQ will increase your appetite, it should be run at a minimum of 600mg/ week for 16-20 weeks.
You still need an AI ( aromatase inhibitor) to block the production of estrogen. It has nothing to do with the end of cycle treatment. It should be taken usually every other day while on cycle. Arimidex, exemestane, aromasin...etc...pick one.

If your not a rookie then why are u making rookie mistakes? Pct is going to consist of nolva, Clomid and probably hcg almost 99% of the time. U need an ai too. All the posts here have valid points.

Yes you are a rookie. This is a shitty planned cycle with so many issues. Quit beating around the bush and map out a good cycle.

Thank you to those who have given actual advice. I did not have an ai in place but will pick one up this week so thank you for that information viciouscycle. I have already stated several times that I have a plan for pct. As for the labs question I've never checked labs before so I'm not sure what's important to look for. I can get blood work done real easy so that's not a problem but I'm just not a hundred percent sure what to be looking for. Any productive advice is welcome and greatly appreciated. I'm here to try and learn as much as possible and get the most gains as possible not to play computer tough guy games so I would appreciate it if those who are only here to flex their computer muscle go and waste someone else's time. I'm a grown man and don't have time for junior high school games. I don't want to waste anyone's time and definitely don't want my time wasted either.

Thank you to those who have been helpful. I truly appreciate you taking time out of your day to give me your advice it is greatly appreciated.

You most definitely need to be check your blood hematocrit levels mate - Equipoise is notorious for thickening up your blood.
Blood donation is the only way to get this down to a safe level. I'd recommend donating before, during and after your Eq cycle...

To be fair mate - Equipoise seems to be a swear word on this forum these days - it has a lot of critics... and for good reason.

I've been naive and cycled with it on 2 previous occasions, and I was happy with the external results, but internally there was a whole different story going on. Bad shutdown, high BP, high hematocrit, bad acne etc... I won't be cycling with it again...

On top of that you are using Sustanon (previously used as a TRT drug in the UK) - this is a tough compound to work with as it is made up of 4 different Tests with differing esters...

I can see why these guys are saying you need to research bud - cos you have made some rookie mistakes by choosing these compounds... and as for starting a cycle with no AI or PCT on hand - well that's a schoolboy error... you might need to jump cycle if you have complications and then you'll be scratching around looking for your gear at short notice.

I know they've been blunt on previous posts - but don't get angry, stick around and learn some more... there's some fantastic guys on here who have helped me massively over the years.

Good luck buddy
BigBen :)

Labs of course depend on what you are going to run. And ideally you would have gotten a good set up baseline labs before you ran anything. But here are some good ones the get checked.

CBC (including Hematocrit)
Metabolic Panel (including Creatinine, AST and ALT)
Total Testosterone
Free Testosterone (optional)
Estradiol (sensitive assay)
Prolactin
Thyroid Panel (especially if you ever plan on using T3)

Where are you going to get your blood work done? There is a place that a lot of us use. They are private, fast and cheap.

Thank you guys for the advice. I appreciate it. I know I need to do research here is one of the ways I'm trying to do it. But there's a big difference between pointing out what I'm doing wrong and making suggestions as to what I can do to improve like some other guys here have and those who just want to put everyone down without any positive points. But I can focus on all the good I have gotten from the good guys on here. And again I appreciate your help. As for the blood work I can get it done at the va. I'm a wounded vet so everything's free for me and I can get it done as often as possible. But now that you've posted that it might be smarter to use an outside place for privacy reasons. As for the blood thickening how often is donating blood recommended? Big Ben if you don't mind me asking how long were your two cycles of eq? Thank you guys again for your help and advice I appreciate it.
