Sust250 wk 3 and 4

Ello ... Im pleased with the results so far with a 5 kg gain in weight on day 28 on 1 amp of sust every monday.
I have stuck to the same routine workout 3 hours a week and same diet of an avarage of 100 grams of protein a day ( Sod all basically) to see on what this stuff can do.
