Sustanon 300, First Cycle for me.

Hey guys,

Im 24, 175lbs, 14% bf, been lifting hard for 2 years now. My diet is spot on and my lifting techniques are solid. Testosterone has been appealing to me more and more. Soooo I picked up a bottle of Trenbolone acetate and Sus 300. From my research I've gathered that I should wait on the tren (being that its my first cycle ever!) and go with the testosterone alone.

My questions are as follows:

1. How much should I be pinning? I know from this forum that I should pin 2x a week mon and fri.

2. How long should I run the cycle and at what point should I start my post cycle therapy (pct) and of what?

3. What supplements should I take to aid my growth and help prevent sides?

My biggest fear is the libido issue I have read all over the place. I CANNOT have this happen. What can I do/take to help prevent this as much as possible? Thanks in advance fellas!

My first cycle of test was 12 weeks...I dont think anything less than 8 would be worth shutting your system down for.If your running a sus your looking at atleast 3 weeks before you should post cycle therapy (pct). A pct of nolva or clomid should suffice.

3. What supplements should I take to aid my growth and help prevent sides? You can take anastrozole or aromasin for estrogen control. I would also consider picking up some hcg to help with your natty test levels and testicular atrophy. Eating is your best friend.

You wont get libido issues just running test unless you are worried about fucking to much then that could be an issue ;)
 
Thanks for the response Cobra. I pinned for the time yesterday, 1ml of sus. Technique must have been good cause I have only minor soreness, but do feel a little weak today. Really thought it was going to hurt more but it really didn't.

So my next question is, when will I start noticing strength and size gains?
 
Injection site is still sore but going away slowly. Started a new workout plan on the day of injection, 6days on 1 day off.
 
Diet consist of six to seven meals a day. Red meats, chicken(alot!), fish, brown rice, nuts, fruits, dark greens, lots of veggies, Cottage cheese, yogurt, lots of eggs and bacon, granola, small amounts of pasta and bread. I working today on figuring my daily calorie intake. Anything I should add, eat more of or take away?

Also, what do you think about pining 1ml twice a week? Would this be too much or should I just stick with once a week for now to see how my body reacts?

If you wanna get any results from the prop you need to pin 3 times a week. Im doing
sust as well and getting good results with this schedule
 
How much are you pinning for each injection?

Well right now I pin 1.9ml of gear 3 times a week. The maximum amount of any oil you can put in your quads and glutes are 5ml and shoulders is 3ml...so I wouldnt worry to much about how much your pinning at once as much as I would worry about keeping your dosages accurate. You would be doing a shit ton of gear if you were pinning 3ml anywhere. I would pin that tren ed and the sus eod...you can mix the sus and the tren in one point but make sure you measure the test first because the tren will float on top of the test and you wont really have to worry about mixing.
 
i have sust 270 so it depends on how much you wanna do per week. im going for 750 but it would be hard to measure it perfect. i do just above 3/4 of a cc. that will get me near the 750 mgs im looking for. your first cycle i would stick with 500 mgs per week so i would do just over .5 cc three times a week... i suck at math someone will correct me if im wrong
 
So I just did my third injection yesterday. Starting to pin 3 times a week now. 1ml eod. Since I started I have gained 8lbs already but I don't think it's muscle. Feels and looks like belly fat. My daily calorie intake is 2700-3000cals. 350carbs. 220protien. Am I consuming to many carbs or what? Why am I gaining fat instead of muscle? Workout 5 to 6 days a week, but I have cut out all cardio and just started focusing on lifting. What am I doing wrong here?
 
Do you have amps or vials? Never heard of 300 in amps... So assuming its a vial at 300/ml I would do half a ml eod. If its an amp... same thing just pre load the next shot.
 
good question bro. Test takes a min to kick in bro. Even prop at 4k calories I wouldnt buy it

8 is alot but I can believe it...when I jumped from 3k to 4.5k I gained 5 in a week...some people just gain differently....I would say I put a lil on in the gut but that was just my body storing it for when I needed it...I think it knew what was about to happen ;)
