Sustanon Cycle advice

Im 22,my weight is 165lbs and im 5,6ft tall,bf@14%...?
Im going on an 8 week sus course at 1amp a week with win tabs for 3 weeks after @ 30mg/day then using clomid for pct aftrerwards.
I will be also using proviron through the mojority of my course.
Does this course look sound enough,If there is any advice im all ears.....

1 amp of sust is only 250 mg right? thats not enough, you need at least 500mg to have noticible results, divided in 2 doses per week. As for win, most users here will agree that anavar offers better results with less side effects. But you need to take that for at least 6 weeks at 40-50 mg per day, starting week 5. This way the half life of the sust and the var will end at the same time so you can safely start your post cycle therapy (pct) the day after your last var pill.

my first cycle was at 200mg of test a week. i don't see anything wrong with 250mg. i think it would be a good place to start so he knows how his body reacts to test. definitely inject twice a week. you could preload one syringe when you crack an amp and inject the other.

many people take 200 mg of test for Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) . 400 mg a week for a test only cycle is about right for a 1st cycle for a guy his size.
he could take a amp every 4 or 5 days and do much better imo. sus should be run a mininum of 12 weeks imo also.

Somebody have to think about a planning with all compound and average dose for avrage longer of cycles.

Thanks for the response,Yes this is my first cycle,i have messed around with D-Bol and win tabs before though....
I will def look into the anavar point instead of the win tabs..
So you guys reakon that one injection per week is too little?
i was only doing that because one of my mates did it and got good results?
And i think you guys are right about going longer,i think i will exstend my course to 10 weeks?
I am only starting begining February so i want to get all my shit sorted before time.
and one more thing,will clomid alone be enough for PCT and is running proviron right through the cycle a good idea?
