ive seen a couple of people working out in the gym with pullover hoodie sweaters drenched to the bone in sweat....
whats this do for you ?
i see them doing cardio and weightlifting in sweaters

to keep body warm and yes, to sweat a lot more and to prevent gyms with aircons to dry them sweats up i suppose. I wear them to gym when it's raining

I do believe you've struck upon a question you'll need to investigate further.

For the next week you are to wear a sweat shirt while doing cardio. Then the following week you do cardio without a sweatshirt. At the end of the second week report back if you produced more sweat with the sweatshirt or without. These findings will be discussed amoung the Mods and their recommendation as to if they should be published.

I wear sweats to both produce more sweat and hide my body from all those crazy chicks in my gym.

guys that wear tank tops and shorts in the dead of winter over here scare me...they hope on bench and dont even warm up ---thats an injury wiating to happen.

I wear long pants with underarmour briefs. Underarmour shirt then a sweater and sometimes a beanie.
Gotta keep them muscles nice and warm. Plus i aint trying to show off to no one in the gym. I am just your below average joe at 215lbs 5'9 :-0
