im running my first cycle of cypionate and eq and i'm 5 weeks into my cycle already. I just got an unusual swelling on my glute where i shot the night before. There seems to be a lump underneath my skin as well which is also inflamed and very itchy. This just recently started so I would really like to know what could be the causes. I keep everything very sterile when shooting, so cleanliness is not an issue here.
