Swimming as cardio while on cycle?

I would think swimming would be the best cardio to do on or off cycle, but I was wondering what some of you guys thought.

My thinking was I wouldn't want to over-train my muscles while swimming (depending upon what I worked out the day or so prior). Do you think it would effect gains much, if any?

There's also the fact of being on cycle (Test Cyp, 600mg/wk).

Any thoughts? Feedback would be much appreciated!

I would think it would be a great idea

it excercises every muscle in the body, the swimming may strengthen muscles you aren't hitting in the gym.
 
i think swimming would be one of the best things you could do in my opinion. its a great workout, no impact, and it stretches the muscles as well. as for over training i wouldn't worry about that any more then you would with other types of cardio. if I'm wrong someone please let me know soon because that's all i have been doing lately! :)
