Symmetry chart for you bodybuilders

The below is a very helpful tool so you can look your best on stage Bro's or anywhere in that matter.

INSTRUCTIONS

To use this chart first divide your bodyweight by your height in inches. (Example: If you are 150 lbs and you are 5 foot 9 inches (69 inches) then you would take 150 divided by 69) This will give your weight per inch of height. When this is determined select the figure in the far left column that is closest to yours. Then, follow the figures straight across to learn your ideal proportions. Women bodybuilders may have to adjust measurements in the area of hips, waist, and chest depending on build.

* Measure yourself every three months.
* Check in the mirror to make sure that your muscles are defined.
* Build proportionate strength and size.
 
ok so my wt is 215 and im 68 inches tall...=3.16~3.2

so my arms and calves are a lil small 15 ish for both and my neck is small too17ish
i'm really close on the chest/waist/hip/forearm area but pass the thigh area up..decent but i don't think it works well.
 
calves should be the size of biceps. I struggle with them. I have to hit heavy poundage striat legged. This works more of the soleus ( the bigger of two heads). I have short muscle belly in the calve dept. But I can jump!

btw where do you measure your thigh at? upper at groin, mid thigh or down near the knee?

lol..thats not good...how the hell did you get 2.41?

oh and math is my favorite subject too.

dunno. i got my pencil and paper and divided 66 into 173 and with all my limited brains power got 2.41. I still larger than the chart but not by as much anyway.

i used TI-36X solar power..much more accurate...lol

All measuremnts are taken at the largest point of the muscle. For me that about the grion for the quads.

if i measured there i would blow out my quad ratio number. i'm measuring 26ish inched mid thigh.
