t3 and clen/nyc?

ok guys i wanna try and run t3/clen/nyc for 8 weeks the clen i will be doing 2 weeks on 2 weeks off the t3 im going to run for 8 stright weeks i know u should work your way up to higher dosages but what u think should be the max i run it at. im not posative on the dosages i should run it at this is my 1st time takeing t3/clen
 
Whats your bodyweight, height, bf %. Any Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) during the run? I would highly suggest it.
 
oh ya sorry i left out all that shit 185lbs 5'8/5'9 15% bf im going to be takeing anavar at 20mg/day just to maintain the muscle i have
 
IM GOIN TO BE DOIN SOMETHING SIMILAR 75MGS ED FINA,50MGS ED PROP,CLEN/T3(11112222233333444444444433332222211111) THIS IS HOW IM RUNNIN THE T3 AT 25MCG TABS.THE CLEN IM DOIN 2DAYZ ON 2 OFF.THIS IS GONNA BE A 8 WEEK CYCLE BUT ONLY 6 WEEKS OF CLEN/T3,THATLL CUT U UP GOOD.
 
Just started T-3 today; doing 2 week cycles of ECA/Clen.

Based on my reading, including the links below, I wouldn't recommend more than 6 weeks on T3 for your first time out, which is what I'm doing.
1 week ramp up; 3 weeks at max (depending on the effect, probably 100mcg); 3 week slow ramp down to 12.5 or 6.25mcg

You still *have* to watch your diet if you want results, paying close attention to protein to help reduce muscle loss.

I'd recommend reading some of BigAndy's FAQs as a start.

i would run the T3 for only 4-6 max.....do not over do it bro !! you should use a low dose of test with the var....
 
ok did some research on the t3 i think im going to run it
day 1-5 12
day 6-10 24
day 11-15 32
day 16-20 48
day 21-36 60
day 37-41 48 ramping downward now
day 42-46 32
day 47-51 24
day 52-56 12
im probably going to run it for 8 weeks im open to any suggestions
 
I think you can ramp up a bit quicker, 10 days total. But make sure that you're judging your body's response, not just following a formula.

Take the days you save in the ramp up, and add them to the ramp down at the end, also put in a few days at 6.25.
