T3 and clenbuterol cycle advice without aditional anabolics

Well im planing to do a cycle with T3 and clenbuterol, i have researched quit alot on different forums about thous products and i know the cycle keys are diet and cardio!

Also im avare the sides clen sides: shaky hands, insomnia, sweating, increased blood pressure and nausea

T3 sides: sweating, burning fat and muscle, higher bloodpressure, so one...

I have to say that its my first this kinda cycle and i wanna be very careful with T3, also im not running any anabolic steroid to presserve muscle los so i will keep T3 minimal dose.

Here is how would i do the cycle i have 2 options and i cant choose witch one is best

4-6days 60mcg clenbuterol, T3 50mcg

Well notice that daily i get 75g carbs, 250g protein and around 20 g fat

Also i have magnesium tabletes for case of muscle cramps

Also im planning to use creatin to presserve muscle loss

My questions are could 50 mcg T3 burn alot muscle or it will be minimal burn? I hope that for this question i get answers from users that have done similar cycle without anabolics and running low dose as 50mcg, coz natural our bodys produces 23 mcg tyroid hormone...


My second question is how hard is the raise of bloodpressure on bouth clen and T3? Also again i hope i get answers from users who have done similar cycle...

Will it be like from 120/80 to 130/80 or 140/80?
 
So my current weight is 250 lbs, I want to cut down to about 220-225 using Clen and T3.
I'm 6'0 and brand new to Clen, so I'm not totally sure where or how to start with it, as well as the T3. I've read up on different cycles, some telling me to take a week off of clen, others, 2 weeks on 2 weeks off, but always using T3, even on off weeks? I was told that taking T3 nonstop will mess up my thyroid? So i'm not sure on what to do and how to take clen/t3 with all of the conflicting information I keep finding.. I need a professionals help or something here so I don't mess my body up.. I'd appreciate any information! Thanks.

Very effective efatloss combo. Keep your diet clean and hit the cardio Carefully because t3 can be catabolic, keep the protein high.

(yes i actually searched)however there wasnt any real feedback to the original poster. i was thinking the exact same thing as the first guy. with out aas is there anything to prevent loss of muscle using T3? also with T3 what about a PCT?

You need to be on testosterone when running T3 if you are male. You don't need PCT for T3 but you do need it for testosterone.

Don't supplement thyroid hormones if you aren't using anabolic hormones as well, like megatron said

Unless you want to burn all your muscle up that is?

Diet diet diet. And a decent amount of cardio, but don't go overboard.

Also based on those macros I hope to god the OP was a <150lb female

Contact 3J. A lot of guys here use his services for putting together a good diet. He will get you squared away in no time. And you won't have to take any drugs with dangerous side effects.
