T3 / Clen

Obviously there is a consensus that one should train for years until they are near their natural potential before they should consider starting an Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) cycle. Is that the amount of time and effort one should put in before doing research with T3 or Clen? Are there more lenient recommendations for T3/clen? What are they?
 
My main question is, WHO should use them? I know exactly what they do and how to use them, but is there any reason that I should train for a certain length of time without them before I start? I really need to loose some bodyfat.
 
i'm using clen now, and other than the jitters, i've had no problems. I'm on day 6. I've lost about an inch off my waist so far. I always think the stuff has worn off, but as soon as I drink a big mug of green tea, the shakes come back
 
If used correctly is the key. Be careful with your usage, what dosage are you on right now? There is a lot of talk that t3can have irreversible effects. Now they may not be proven, but I have heard good arguement that not only can t3 eat away at your lean muscle mass if used when not enough calories are available to burn. But also that over usage can cause the thyroid gln to completley shut down.... so I ask again what are your dosages and how bad are these shakes?
