T3 Cytomel LA questions

Got me some T3 Cytomel LA, 100ug…..
My question is this chaps, what strength is this in mcgs?
Would I take half in the morning and half tab at night..?

I have some clen as well, how would I work this in?

The last T3 I had some years ago were 50mcgs.. Cant mind how I took em.. Think I took one in morning and one at night.. Does that sound

YES split the dosage evenly throughout the day. i would split those tabs as well!
