T3 & HGH Info Needed ASAP!!

Hello... so, I have done tons of research on GH and T3. Because I have way more problems losing fat than at gaining muscle, I decided 2 try the t3 and gh(been on for 5months) for my next comp...which is bout 7 weeks out. However... I cant find any info on when to run the t3 cycle pre-comp as well as if I shld get off the gh as it can cause water retention. So questions...


1) Should I run my whole 6week T3 cycle b4 my comp...or...run it 3weeks prior, peaking at my comp date, then taper down as Im unaware of the rebound I will have.

2) Should I lay off the Gh b4 my comp? and for how long?

3) I am also cycling clen 2 days on, 2 days off (may switch to 2 weeks on/off for the last month)...I have read that it is helpful 2 run clen post t3 cycle...then I have also read to stay away from the stuff for a good month to help the thyroid recover???? any opinions???

How many ius are you currently taking? Are you currently experiencing water retention?

If it were me.. I would peak for the contest and then worry about the taper post show.. golden rule to remember.. NEVER make sudden changes right before you show because you don't know how your body will react...

It depends on how many ius you are taking and your side effects.. If you are at 1-2 ius a day, water retention should be minimal and if you are going to use a diruetic, then I personally would maintain my gh til after the show.. However, if you are over 2ius (which you should not be) OR are experiencing bad sides and bad edema.. then stop the gh 2 weeks out to pull off all the water..

Actually, clen/T3 is a common stack because while on T3, clen will actually help maintain muscle. T3 alone will eat through muscle.. so Clen would be better to run stacked with T3 and if you want to run a post cycle therapy (pct) with it to assist in rebound prevention, that could be a good idea... As far as a clen cycle.. I personally prefer 2-3 days on and 1-2 days off rather than a full 2 week run.. alot of women I have spoken with have had better results and did not build a tolerance to clen the way the 2 weekers did..

have been researching T3 and thyroid damage for many years now and there is NO right or wrong answer.. most people do not have thyroid suppression post T3 usage, meaning the thyroid comes right back, yet others believe the opposite.. so the jury is out.. BUT in my experience, you can rebound from T3 however I have not seen thyroid problems caused from a T3 cycle..

I hope I have helped a bit.. Hope I didn't confuse you more :) BUt in all honesty, the best advice I can give is to LISTEN TO YOUR BODY!!! that and experience; trial & error off season so you know how your body will respond ;)

Regarding:

GH- I am taking 2 iu's every morning... i tend to hold a lot of water anyway so I cant exactly tell if the GH is really causing me to hold any more water than usual. I plan on staying on throughout and after my T3 cycle to minimize any rebound effect. Ive been on for about 5 months now.

T3 and Clen: I did not see much of a result using Clen with the 2days on/off. A well known body builder/trainer (however, a man) in my area gave me a drug cycle he would suggest which included staying on clen and increasing 20mcg every 3 weeks ( I have about 4weeks til my show)...Im taking 40 now. As for T3...i started 2 weeks ago at 12.5mcg and am now at 25mcgs...will peak at 50. I am seeing good results...but I'm worried(as always) I wont be lean enough! I'm telling you....I have been told by my old trainer that I have an amazingly slow metabolism and I should look into getting it checked as well as my thyroid....I work my ass off and can not seem to get my body fat down...

also... I posted a thread regarding my the week b4 my show and losing water weight...let me know what you think!
