T3 Question

Guys I was wondering about T3 supplementation. I’m going to private md labs to get a blood test this week and was wondering what test should I have done for T3 should I get free T3 or Total T3 tested?
I usually just get the female hormone panel for $50 but now I’m thinking about the wanting to get
Estradiol Sensitive
Total Test
Free Test
T3 either free or total not sure.
Anyone know of a good test for those I can’t seem to find one that encompasses those together.
Also what would I be looking for as the numbers go on the T3 to determine if I should supplement and how do you supplement what is the dose of T3.

Check rT3,rt4 t3 total, ft3 (Free \) , t4 total and ft4(free) , and also TSH. These will give you a good idea of where your thyroid is at, and once you stop supplementation you will know where your baseline is. As for using it as performance support, or to cut, you may be better off asking in the AAS section.
