Take a peak at my Diet

I need to cut about 15-20 pounds... here's my plan

7 a.m. CUP OF COFFEE
7:30 a.m. twenty minute jog
8 a.m. protein shake, oatmeal(the plain oats, crappy kind)
CLASS
11 - protein shake chk,tuna,egg whites, broccoli (depends)
1 - same as last w/o protein shake
workout baby!!!POST WORKOUT SHAKE
4 - Meal same as at 1(flax capsules)
7 - same as @11a.m.
10 - chk, cottage cheese,
SLEEP

1.5-2 gallons of H2O

I figured about 6 weeks of this, what u guys think
 
i guess i should add, about 30g of protein per meal, if i add more, will it take longer to lose the weight, but i know it is suppossed to be 2g per weight, that is hard to do on a diet isn't it... eventually once i get down im going to take some NO2...
 
to be honest you need to add a little more variety to your plan so you dont go nuts then gain back 40lbs

ie turkey or chicken with brown rice/potao or yam

or like maybe last or second to last meal steak and veggies
 
hmm, sounds good, see i like these ideas, what type of potatoes...i eat broccoli too...yams, sound good, i dont think i ahve ever had any, also, what about coffee, i drink a lot to stay awake, black obviously to eliminate all the sugar and creme...
