Take dbol all at once or spread out during the day?

I am going to be taking 40mgs ed and they are in 10 mg pills. should I take them all at once or half in the morn and half before the gym? Any suggestions.

I'm currently taking 40 mg ed using 10 mg pills. I take 10mg in the AM, 20mg pre-workout, and 10 mg in the evening. On off days I just spread the dosage out evenly across the day.

Though, many who've tried taking all at once will tell you it's no different from spacing out, so to each his own.

Convenience is the best for me. I've tried every way possible, none of them seemed different. Yea it has a short half life but seems there is a difference between 50mg at once, big spike in plasma levels, or 10mg evenly spaced, more constant but not as high of spike.

Really it amounts to nothing, take it and it will work. Go with 50mg.

All @ once about 30 minutes before the gym is what I do. It's really not gonna matter though

dianabol has a half life of 4-6 hours so it makes sense to split them up to keep the blood levels consistent throughout the day

although iv heard a lot of people who take them all in one go with no problems

me personally would take 1 in the morning two around half an hour before working out and one in the evening.

Having tried both ways, I find it best to take it all at once about 3 hours before my workout. I seem to lift heavier and more aggressively that way. Perhaps it because that's when it is "peaking" in my body? I don't know really, it's just what I found that works best for me.

I would think that by spreading the dose out it would be less taxing on the liver than taking all at once.....as for it having an effect on gains *shrug*
