Taking DNP With Few Results- Advice on Dosing, Exercise, and Diet?

I've been on Dinitro's crystal DNP for 10 days now but I'm not noticing a huge difference. I'm also taking 25mcg T3 every day. And I'm on PCT of 50mg Clomid and 20mg tamoxifen.

1-5: 250mg
5-10 500mg (250mg twice a day)

I started off at 156 lbs, dropped to 153 bye day 3, and have stayed at 152.5 for the last 5 days.. I have the following side effects: minor hot flashes, sweating slightly more than normal, food cravings, insomnia. But the truth is that I hardly have side effects compared to the reviews I've read- it is 14 degrees outside and I leave the window open and I feel fine. I binged for the first few days- DNP gives crazy cravings, but now I'm just eating 2000 calories/day. I'm not doing any exercise at all, but I'm bursting with energy- I feel great.

What is the reason that I'm not losing weight? Should I be doing exercise? Should I be eating a different diet? I know that I will experience water loss after I stop, but I should still expect to lose a measurable amount of weight in the meantime, no?

I am talking in pounds. I am 152.5 pounds now. I was 156 pounds.

In kilograms, that would make me 344 pounds! Kind of a ridiculous question, don't you think?

No. Taking that dangerous of a substance when your already extremely skinny and clearly borderline anorexic is the ridiculous part.

38, male, 5'5", 152, 23% body fat (might not be accurate, as I used a weight scale, not a caliper). I'm certainly not anorexic or skinny.

That being said, my weight dropped to 151.4 this morning (half a pound). It seems like I'm losing weight but at an extremely slow rate- like 1/2lb every few days.

This is a DNP thread, and I'm looking for feedback from people experienced with DNP.

Do you not have a single ounce of muscle on you? I seriously doubt you have 23% body fat. Not trying to be a dick but you don't need DNP of all things to lose weight. You should be gaining weight. Start working out and eating properly and your body fat will go down.

I have lean muscle but I'm not a bodybuilder. I'm looking for a very lean physique. My ideal weight is 136-140lbs which is what I was until 4-5 years ago. My waist is 33-34 now when it should be 29. Do you have experience with DNP or not?

No I prefer to take care of my mitochondria rather than burn them out prematurely.

if your stats are right, you have to be a serious extomorph, ( female model kind of small/skinny), or your muscle density is zero. what is your workout schedule ? and who gave you the brilliantly stupid idea to take DNP ?
 
DNP is just a lil poison, and worth nothing.

better to look at 3J diet!!! realy!

Hey, did Dr. Seuss write that?! Your bodyfat doesn't seem to be the issue here, but more of a lack of overall structure, something that can be obtained fairly easily with a simple training regiment and clean diet. With a decent overall structure you can give the illusion of looking bigger than you actually are or having a much narrower waist then you do ect. ect. You say you don't want to be a bodybuilder, I guess I can understand why you may not want that kind of body, but not even professional bodybuilders use DNP anymore. It's extremely dangerous. Even though you feel fine now there's no telling how it's affecting your body and the repercussions you may suffer a decade from now because of a few weeks. Would you happen to be a female? If so there may be a serious misunderstanding on our parts, but even if you were I'd highly suggest steering clear of DNP. There are so many other compounds that are much more effective towards your goals and much safer.
 
OP, I've read your thread but can't tell if your a male or female. I'm leaning towards female based on your stats and answers. If so, you should go to the women's forum, the experienced women there are better suited to help you...

Look bro...DNP isn't your answer. Nobody is going to tell you "yea co continue to take your poison" to lose the weight. You NEED A PROPER DIET AND LIFTING ROUTINE. The simple fact is once you stop taking this shit, if you don't have a proper diet and workout routine, you will just gain the weight back. So diet and lose it slower.
You would probably lose the weight a lot faster the right way with diet and exercise. Last time I cut I lost weight faster than you are right now with your poison. 1/2lb every few days? DO YOU EVEN LIFT BRO?
Drop the DNP. Nobody's gonna give you advice on it except to.NOT USE IT and quit trying to find a short cut.
