anyone here ever have those days that your soo dam buisy u cant workout for like a week or two? what can be done i mean will it hurt you bad by missing about a week or two?
 
maybe shorting youre split down?
But seriously, if u think that u aint got 1hour/day 5times per week then why bother?
To win some u have to loose some.
 
A break can be beneficial to some. Alternatively, theres always time for pushups etc to keep you primed.
 
not trying to be a dick bro but your posting about taking time off in the training forum at the same time your gathering info for your first cycle in the anabolic forum . your to young for gear . get your training and diet right . and wait a few years . gear isnt as important as training is . and without rest and food , gear and training are ineffective.

waaaaay too young for first cycle......lots of growing potential man....diet right and keep lifting hard.....think about gear in 3-4 years man...
