Tamoxifen oral suspension

Forgive me if this has come up, as I attempted a search, but how exactly does one use tamoxifen oral suspension? Do you ingest it straight, have to be mixed, taken on a full/empty stomach?

Debating picking it up vs pill form because of price. Thanks so much

Oral suspension means you take it orally, and the medication is suspended (in alcohol). If you go this route, you'll probably notice the medication settled to the bottom. Be sure to shake the crap out of it before each use; you want each dose to be about the same mg/mL.
