Ya, if you have ankle issues you should reference Irentat . He did some posts a few years back about ankle recovery using IAGH. Pretty amazing results. Also prolotherapy might be relevant given your ligaments/tendons are loose.

I did a only leg split for 1 1/2 hours monday and the pain I also had in my left back of my knee for almost 5 years is gone now,will tell you later how its going on.
I also had some pain in my right wrist at the inner side,which is better now,but not completely gone,but it has definetely got better.
This pain only occurs,once I start training with a similar biceps training tool,similar to this: youtube.com/watch?v=7b-pg5chlMA
But it is far different from this one,but I didnt find any similar picture of it in the internet.
However I feel a good effect on this machine,but it somehow damages my tendon in my right wrist,so I stopped with this in my last biceps split.
And well some information on my ankle issue,it has definitely gotten better,but since its an injury I had 8 years ago,which changed the bone structure of my inner malleolus I will have to be careful,thats why I STOPPED jogging as my cardio exercise(jogging in the forest not at the treadmill,the resistance by running free is much greater) in order to let the TB500 do his thing.
Yesterday 29/10/2013 I took my second dose of TB500 5mg/2.5ml
I injected 1.5ml into my stomach and 1.0ml into my right calf,where my I got my issue,both S. Q.,but I somehow fucked up at the injection into my calf sub q. and I saw blood after the injection,however it has gotten bigger there,but it was ok after 5 minutes,so I think I didnt do anything wrong,even though it´s stupid to inject sub q. there,I wanted to inject as near as possible at my upper ankle joint.
Besides that I´m taking IGF-1 50 mcg daily diluted in bac(1mg/1.4ml)water 1 hour post WO i. m. bilaterally mostly and it´s working great,but I cant be certain if its all the IGF-1,I dont take any other steroids except that,taking,bcaa,glutamins,creatine etc the standards.
I will maybe post some before after pictures later,I was doing very good training 4 years ago,I just took steroids(Methandrostenolone) for 1 months along with 2 injections of winstrol,which I will NEVER do again!
And yes once you stop with your hard training you get a fat belly and some tits(I dont think it´s a gyno,just a bit fat) especially,when you took steroids before.
I dont know my weight know,since its extremely unreliable once you started training and take all that stuff(creatine with the wateriessue for instance) but here a little data:
Height:1,95cm
Weight:213 lbs
body fat:I dont know but I assume its high,since I got too much fat at my belly 19% I guess?
Well thanks guys for your help I will post later,when I see some clear results at the moment Im ofc seeing a strong increase in my workouts,but since I started 2 weeks ago with real intense training (7 times/week and 3-4 cardio weekly) I cant tell you from where the increase comes,I started a half year ago with weight training but did just strength training 3 times weekly or sometimes even just 2.
