After contracting carpal tunnel syndrom like effects back in January I decided to add nandrolone for collagen synthesis into a test/ Tbol Anavar cycle. Keep in mind I am not a body builder but merely have therapeutic benefits and explosiveness in mind for the overall goal

21 yo I know I am too young to be fooling with gear. I have been working out hard for 8 years (Taught by my father a former strength lifter and I have been taking lifting courses since I was 15 and I have just completed a kinesiology degree, so I do have a good idea what I am doing save three shitty first cycles, but I was young, dumb, and too reckless to take advice like most of you at my age

205lbs (have been up to 230lbs. but mass is not my thing)
Cycle history:
winstrol (oral) 50mgs a day for 7 weeks (clomid protocol)
oxandrolone (oral) 30 mgs a day for 4 weeks (clomid protocol)
test/ winstrol cycle: test 250mgs weeks 1-4, 5-8 500mgs, winstrol weeks 4-9 50 mgs/day. post cycle therapy (pct) nolvadex weeks 10-14 tapered amount from 60mg
Cycle length: 20 weeks
Breakdown
T-bol 1-4 50mgs/day (I would never use T bol again, I didn't notice a damn thing, maybe it was just the brand but I stayed with the same LAB and everything else worked like a charm. Any experiences with T-BOL?)
test 400 1-20 400mgs/week
hcg week 12 500iu/day x5 consecutive days
deca- weeks 1-17 300mg/week
Anavar weeks 12-20 45 mg/day
hcg week 20 500iu x last five days of cycle
adex- as needed
post cycle therapy (pct)- clomid and probably will pick up some nova just to come back aggressively
5-6 weeks total
Currently on week 18 of cycle
Gains so far: No more numbness of left hand fingers still slight numbness of right middle finger and right ring finger but compared to before cycle amazing improvement. (prior to cycle when i jerked off I could not even tell it was my hand doing the jerking haha meaning it was fully numb). Vertical jump increase from 27 inches- 36inchs (I now jump like a black man haha). Bench press increase to 340lbs from 300 even. Squat increase from 305x 10 reps (deep) to 405x6 reps.
Weight: At week 12 I tipped the scale at a strong 230, however I still like to keep some cardio and have adjusted diet and increase high level intense cardio to bring me down to 215lbs. For me it is the perfect weight. If I kept on eating like a horse I am confident I would be 245lbs plus by this point in time but then vertical jump and cardio would suffer and I can not have that due to my lifestyle and personal goals.
Diet: 3000-5000 kcal/day depending on daily output and goals (weeks 1-12 more bulk, 12+ cutting mentality.
Supplements- BCAAs, Omega 3's, vitamins, chromium, glutamine, milk thistle glucosamine, etc
All in all I am extremely pleased with this cycle so far, and have regained almost all of the feeling in my hands from carpel tunnel syndrome which was the only reason I added in the deca. I would not have used otherwise. However I am suspecting that the winstrol I have used in the past could possibly have brought on the carpel tunnel syndrome. This is cause and effect which does not prove causation just a hunch. Feel free to ask questions and remember before you ask why I didn't maximize my mass remember I am not a body builder, I am an explosive fiend looking to increase my knockout power for boxing.
