Getting ready to start my first cycle, background info can be found in my other thread.

My question is regarding gyno I had as a teenager. I had surgery when I was 17 and had the glands removed, but curious how that would affect my cycle. I already have a Arimidex, but should I gave some letro or relox on hand as well?

Yeah you can still get gyno even after the surgery.
You can take Aromasin instead of Adex and use Nolva on with Aromasin during the cycle, if you want to be safe, but you don't have to.
If you gonna use Adex, I would keep Ralox on hand, or use it during the cycle if you're paranoid about gyno.

Ok, so I'm thinking about ordering some from RUI. I have heard the downside to raloxifene is it takes months to treat the gyno. True?

Assuming if you get gyno, 60mgs/day for 60 days is what recommended. That's not guaranteed, Ralox might not even help at all. So prevention is better than treatment.

I'm prone to gyno myself, currently have mild gyno from teenage years. Im using Aromasin and Nolva on cycle which is a SERMS like Ralox. Haven't had any issues at all. Just don't use Nolva with Adex together.

True prevention is definitely better. I don't know how ,y body is going to react to the sustanon as this is my first cycle. I already have arimidex on hand as well. I have tamoxifen but was saving it for pct. I am panning on just running a .5 mg eod for adex and get bi weekly blood tests to track the progress

Well if you can afford blood work every 2 weeks, good for you. I would still keep ralox on hand just in case.

Not sure how how much that would cost to be honest. I just paid out of pocket and it was 300. Not practical for frequent testing. However I was considering using med insurance to cover blood test expenses. Yes I have read the thread about not to tell my doc I'm running aas, but would that be a bad idea?to use insurance to pay for bloodwork I mean Guess I have to order some ralox now too. Thanks dexter.

And what's wrong with using nolva and adex together? I haven't encountered any problems.

Drug interaction. Adex is less powerful when used with nolva, you have to use more adex if youre using it nova to get the same results of a smaller dose.

i used Sustanon (sust) for my first cycle, started to get some pretty good sides so started with armidex, better to prevent then try to treat later

I will be running arimidex throughout the entire cycle. Dosage is th only variable . That will be bloodwork dependent.
