Tender nipples

I am on 200mg test e5d and 500iu Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) with 1mg anastrozole e5d the day after my test shot The reason for the higher Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) is because I have some testicular atrophy from my previous doctor's protocol which was test only. My problem is that a couple of days before I take my anastrozole my nips are getting raw. They are not itchy, just tender, and mainly when I sweat, which is all the time at work. Could this be a sign of high estrogen? Thanks.

It might be but the only way to tell is to get blood work done. I went to private md labs dot com and chose the female hormone panel... it tests test and estrodiol and it's only $50 with a coupon code (use google to find one).

Even when I had low E2 my nipples were a little tingly.

How long have you been on the current protocol? If you just started you might want to wait 3-4 weeks to let your levels normalize before you get labs done.

I've been on test only for over a year, but the current protocol for a couple of weeks. I'll wait and see if it persists. Thanks for the tip on the bloodwork!
