im curently nearing the end of the below cycle:

1-6 60mg anavar ED
1-10 500mg Tren E mon/thur
1-16 800mg test E mon/thur
1-15 1000mg EQ mon/thur

have made brilliant gains thus far, im on week 11/12 put on about 20lb dropped a notch in belt size and added at least 100lb to squats and dead lifts.

Going to have 10 weeks of inbetween to let the body recover then thinking of running the below cycle:

1-12 100mg test p ED
1-12 100mg tren a ED
6-12 50mg winstrol ED
1-4 200mg DNP ED
4- 12 clen

after the initial 4 weeks of dnp i'll probably run clen for 2 weeks on one week of ramping up to 80mcg ED for the duration of the cycle. Im very much open to suggestions on his cycle.

I have run the test/tren before with great results im just very curious to use dnp to give the fat loss for the cycle a head start.

present stats are:

25 years old
6' tall
295lb
bench :330 for 6 reps
squat: 462 for 6 reps
deads: 484 for 6 reps

I really want to cut up good in this cycle would like to hopefully maintain size and drop 30+ lb body fat.
 
6' 295? That's huge. What's your bf at?

I would recommend more time off, but we dont live in an ideal world lol.
 
to be honest i havent got a clue, I carry fat around my abs however after a good abs session they are visable. I recon to get down to single figure body fat 30+ lb would hopefully get me there.
 
as with time off, yes more would be ideal after the summer cycle i plan to have a good 6 months of to fully recover
 
i would run the dnp for 12-20 days then off! stagger that throughout your cycle! i run it at 500mg but thats me! 200 should be good but at your bodyweight probably not as beneficial as 500 or 600mg! jmo!

how do you mean? 12-20 days several times during the cycle or a total of 12-20 days?
 
I would run it at 200or higher mg for 12 days to 20 days max. then off a week then 12-20 days back on. 20 days is a long time. i like to run it 14 days the 7 off. what mg dnp do you have? 200?
 
for me usually about 12-14 lbs in 14 days! but its a long hard 14 days! my workouts suck for two weeks! its been recommended to me to not go longer than 3 weeks! and i just respected the info!
