Terrible acne on first deca cycle ready to start again advice

My first time with deca I had horrible acne what can I do to prevent this should I take armidex from the beginning or caber or both. Help me out guys
How long can I run deca? I have enough for 20 weeks and enough test to last 2 years

I never had acne probs with deca. To me that just seems strange. Are you 100% sure your deca was legit, and not test instead? Anyway, adex and caber won't do shit for acne.

if its really that bad possibly low dose accutane might keep it at bay. ive seen people using it for this run it at 10/20 mg a day

For acne problems you should start off with a benzoyl peroxide wash. You can get it fairly cheap OTC now days. Make sure it's the wash and not a cream. If that doesn't work, go to the doc and get an antibiotic and keep using the wash. You're really going to have to study on this yourself for the most part. Acne can be a tuff battle but is definitely worth it. For me, one of the benifets of running deca, is no acne.

Doesn't deca raise prolactin and a side effect of elevated prolactin is acne same with Estrogen so if I keep them in check with Armidex and caber wouldn't that technically help the acne problem or am I just dead ass wrong?

Currently have puffy nips, possibly mild case of gyno. Believe it's prolactin related, hence the cabergoline. I read that dosing it with arimidex better is more effect. The "1,2 punch" method.

800mg of vitamin a a day works for most people I know.
When the acne disperses cut it back to 400 thru the rest of the cycle

Bro i was the same way, my shit was the same way it was so bad i had to hed to the doc for some antibioticshe put me on cephalaxin for 30 days at 1500 mgs. I always broke out a lil but when i stopped my cycle that shit was crazy.. 4 ever bulkin u r a beast bro holy shit..

Weird, same for me - very little on cycle, crazy afterward. Interesting to know that I'm not the only one.

What helped me were short tanning sessions at a local tanning place. 5-7 minutes was all I needed to keep it under relative control.
Plus darker skin masks acne better. Just don't over do it, you don't want skin cancer.

use benzaclin cream. has benzyl peroxide and clindamycin in it. you can even buy these two separately and apply together. i had REALLY bad bacne...two weeks ago i started using this combo and its gotten at least 60% better and its continuing to improve. try it.

keeping estrogen levels in check and from spiking HELPS with acne.
I have never had less on cycle since i started Aromatase inhibitor (AI) during cycle, regardless if i thought gyno might be an issue or not.

also take 2-3 oz of apple cider vinager ed and wash with one of these: Dr. Bronner's Magic Soaps All-One! i use pepermint and citrus

it did the trick for me, but takes weeks to notice, but its long term and good for you

vit a can be toxic at high dose ans cause nerve damages. not the case with B5
