test and deca mix

Hi, i have testosterone e 250mg /ml and deca 100mg/ml can i mix both in one syringe (total 2ml) and shoot it in my ass whithout any problem
currntly i am on 400 mg deca and 500 mg test
can i take these like this
monday- 100 mg deca
wednesday - 100 mg deca+250 mg test (in one syringe)
friday- 100 mg deca
saturday - 100 mg deca + 250mg test
or
monday - 200 mg deca (2ml)
wednesday - 250 mg test + 100 mg deca(one syringe)
saturday - 250 mg test+deca 100 mg(one syringe)

you would be better of doing monday 200 mg of deca then 250 mg of test right after you do ur deca btw do deca in shoulders it works better do test in ur ass but that's monday then thursday do a mix of 250 mg of test and 100 mg of deca mixed with ur test only do deca in shoulders if not mixed with ur test anyway after u did the mixed one do 100 mg of deca in ur other shoulder there u go ur good so ur doing 2 shots 2 days a week so u don't have to pin urself as much

With all due respect brother, I dont know where u get that its better to pin deca in the delt or anything else for that matter but data shows the glute to be the most effective place to pin Deca Durabolin - Steroid .com. If u have documentation to prove your point I would be interested in seeing it. Again I mean no disrespect but i dont want to mislead anyone.
