Test and eq on a cutting cycle effectively?

Okay the person that I deal with only had eq and test so I understand there's stuff out there I'm just not privy to it ..so here the deal I bought the eq and test and needing advice of how to use the combo to cut /lean out..as far as dosages so far i did:

Tues:

300 eq
200 test

Friday

200 eq


I am confused lol on how to use this to cut..thanks for your help.

btw:

as far as diet I've beendoing about 150 in carbs and 240 in protein..

any advice is need ..thanks again

if what you have so far is how many mg per wk id up the test to at least 300mg a wk.

pin 150mg 2x a wk. pin 200-300mg EQ 2x a wk. if you pin 2x a wk compared to one you will get much more stable blood levels, which will allow for better gains.

I agree. I did a test e cycle to cut last year and had awesome results. I did not run an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) or PCT either. Just ran straight Test E at 500 mg a week (pinning 250 mg on mon and 250 mg on thur). I probably did it a bit different than some using it for a cut cycle though. I lifted pretty hard to add lean muscle mass for the first 8 weeks. But, I ran a raw diet with the exception of whey protein. I did hold excess water and appeared "puffy". However, after the pinning was over on week 10, I really vamped up my cardio and the fat started falling off like crazy. It turned out to be a great cycle. I did have a bit of gyno due to not running an pct, but, it went away rather quickly.

I'm a newb as well, so I don't have a ton of credibility on here, but I will say that you probably should have had a little better idea as to what you were getting into prior to just pinning away. But, there seems to be great guys on here that are very willing to help you out. Best of luck, work hard and you'll get the results you're looking for.
 
it does not matter what you are taking....... cutting fat is all about diet !!!

Exactly, I should have underlined that my diet was raw. That was the real key to my success in my cycle. It's tough to stay committed to it, but it really works wonders. I included sushi in mine even though most would consider that a cheat.

Typically Meals

Wake: smoothie with 2 scoops whey, 1/2 cup cranberries, 1/2 cup blueberries, 1/4 cup unsalted unroasted almonds, 1 cup spinach, 1/2 banana, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

10 am: apple 1 cup walnuts

lunch: green mix salad w cucumber, 1/2 red pepper, black beans, cherry tomatoes, olive oil and lemon juice dressing

3 pm: small left over smoothie from the am

post workout: whey smoothie

dinner: sushi


Honestly, I didn't count calories. The nice thing about going predominately raw is that you can pretty much eat as much as you want and you'll still get the results you're looking for (when working out properly and on a cycle). It can easily be done without any AAS assistance as well.
 
And for the record, I'm not saying that a raw diet is the way to go for sure on your cycle, bro. Just passing along my experience. I happen to have one of those frames that is naturally stocky, so I tend to keep my frame better than some. You may be completely different.
