TEST CYP 150 Mg dieting skinny fat question

Hey guys, I have a question in regards to Test Cypionate I have been diagnosed with low T recently but am dealing with the whole skinny fat situation. Last I checked I was about 20-25% BF. I was wondering if I should Cut or Bulk first. I do lift regularly, diet via IIFYM. and am just trying to get rid of belly fat. Was wondering which would be the best way to keep test cyp optimal while minimizing fat and gaining lean mass. Thank you for the responses in advances!
 
Are you currently on TRT? If so, for how long and what is your protocol?

You need to be in a caloric deficit to lose body fat.

What are your daily mscro targets?
 
3Js BMR and TDEE calculator. If you're low T I wouldn't recommend waiting like on a cycle. Eat maintainance level and increase training intensity. With increased testosterone levels you should gain muscle mass easier sinceyou will have normal levels. Also injected test doesn't have the daily fluctuation of natural test so a couple hours a day you will have "high test". Not my info.seen it in a debate over TRT actually giving athletes an advantage. Small but there. Blood test levels are always taken early in the morning because natural test falls after that over the course of the day.

An aromatase inhibitor for estrogen control and hCG for your balls would be good. I don't know the contribution but hCG will cause testoserone production in your testicles. I really see no down side to hCG on TRT except more needle holes. I do sub-q so its really nothing unless I get in a hurry and push stuff in to fast. I've seen it can increase LDL but only a coule times and that's why we take labs.
 
My levels were about 10 ng/dL lower at 9-10am as they came back at 7am. But I'm now on TRT so my results on anything can be abnormal.

If you are skinny fat and lifting regularly, then I would suggest that your workout scheme is no good. Look into crossfit or some other kind of HIIT, it will totally crush you for a while but if you stick with it then you'll lose fat and gain muscle quite quickly. Doing so will boost your test naturally.

And what is diet via IIFYM? Again with skinny fat I would question the effectiveness.

IIFYM = If It Fits Your Macros.

Works great if you set your targets correctly and adhere to them.
 
Hi guys, I appreciate the replies so far I've been on it for a month barely. And I have def been starting to mix up some HIIT training into my routine. So would eating maintenance be better then eating a calorie deficit? Because right now I am eating at 1900 way below. and my maintenance is about 2700. I am currently on HCG and no AI dr started me off with zinc first.
