whats up guys, so this will be a sponsored log Of Test/deca/dbol and maybe var at the end. i recieved test/deca and dbol from PED, the new sponsor of ology and was asked to do a log and review of their gear.

i wont be pinning till next week as i just placed the order on psl for HCG which i haven't received yet so once i get that ill begin, i wanna make sure i have everything before i begin.

I have prami on deck, really dont want to have to use it but lets see how well i control the e2.
Getting blood results On monday, i will post those up as well before i begin.- I live in ny , hard to get the full panel but i did manage to get test levels checked out.

Stats:
5'9
186 Pounds
Bf: 13-15%




Goal: Add Lean mass, hit 200 Lb and try to hold as much weight as possible during and after Pct for a few months and slowly lower the cals to cut out additional Bf AFTER maintenance phase.
The 14 pounds I do add, I want those to be with minimal added BF, maybe even reduce it. I***8217;m thinking of adding cardio early morning after a protein shake. Can someone chime in on this?


Diet: I will be doing carb cycling, moderate to low carbs and High protein. I don***8217;t want to do a ***8216;Dirty bulk***8217; which is why I will try to watch my diet as much as possible keeping it as clean as possible, no extra cals.

I have an office job so my food intake isn***8217;t as high as you would expect but I will gradually increase this as I get more into the cycle and give my body a chance to take this all in.

Currently : I***8217;m eating roughly around 2600 cals a day.
I will increases this on a weekly basis, emphasizing mostly on higher protein, moderate to low carbs and moderate fats.
One thing I have always lacked is my diet, id highly appreciate if anyone can point out my mistakes!
i will post up what i usually eat in the next post.


The Juice

Week 1-16 500mg Test E (split into 2) week ( PED )
Week 1-14 500mg (Split into 2) Deca week (Ped)
Week 1-4 50mg dbol 40-60mg/day (PED)- They come in 20Mg capsules so i can either take 40mg or 60 mg
Week 8-16 anavar 70mg ed (PSL and OP- i have 200 var from psl and 120 pills left from Optimum pharma)

Week1-16 HCG 500ui a (split into 2) week (PSL labs)
drop it 2 days before PCT

Week 1-16 .25mg arimidix EOD(will manage the dose as needed, usually 0.5 is the sweet spot for me) (OP)
Week 3-14 Prami ( will try to keep the e2 in check ,hoping I won***8217;t need it) (RUI)


The PCT

Week 19-23 40/20/20/20 Nolva
Week 19-23 100/50/50/50 Clomid

The Liver support
Week 1-16 NAC/Milk Thistle

Other Supps:
Lean Burn(kaged muscle)
Whey protein
Melatonin (3mg a night)

so fridays and saturdays are usually my Off days from gym so wont be any update on workouts; however, i do cardio at home early am 10 mins and towards the end of the day 20ish minutes.
meal 1: 10 Egg whites half cup oatmeal with skim milk

Meal 2:
I get this in large and split the chicken in this and put the other half in salad.

i bring the salad from home it has feta cheese and kidney beans with extra added chicken from the prior meal.

FSH-5.64 mIU/ml
LH - 5.98 mIU/ml
Testosterone: 7.11ng/Ml

i live in ny so its hard to get this, i wont be able to get my doc to get my bloods checked for a while.
im going to compare my bloods after PCT and compare.
 
Looking forward to it. You will probably hear from folks to eat more. Have you done 3J's calcs to get your base levels of cals?

yeah, i do know that but the thing is i trade stocks and i have close to zero movement out of the chair from 8:30am- 7pm so i dont want to start of eating heavy and add extra unwanted weight. i will def start eating heavier meals , just the first 2 weeks itll be under 3k cals but after that ill up my cals.

I agree with the more calories idea. If you want to put on lbm you will need it. Just keep it clean like baked fish n stuff. I wake up middle of the nite and eat too, like yogurt or something, maybe 6-8 egg white omlet. Feed the beast!!

definitely, im gonna start pinning next week and by then i will up my cals to 3000 and start from there. iv bulked before and i totally understand that eating is the way! lol
