Test dosage with deca dosage

Hey brothers I've been on a weekly Cruz of 350 mg test past 6 months: I'm going to add 450 mg of deca for almost 14 weeks. What is proper test dose with 450 mg of deca? I plan on 450 mg deca and 400 mg test split into 2 shots per week with .25-.33 mg aridex depends on how well pull is split. 150 mg of test E, 50 mg of test P and 225 mg of deca per shot. I'm experienced been on test all year. I like how prop gives me that extra feeling during the week is why I use both esters. I'm adding deca for joint healthy and nitrogen retention and lean mass while I'm on a mild cut diet. 6'1 245. Lbs 15% bf

Medicinal 250mg per week (sexual function) - Cycle 500mg upwards

I'd be more concerned about AI dosage!

FWIW: Deca dosage at 450mg is high for joint relief... 250mg is adequate, and brings less E2 sides.
