test e 12 weeks cycle log

hey guys, started a 12 weeks cycle of test e 1st shot done, my stats are
age: 25
ht : 5'10
wt : 198 lbs
training from 9 yrs and seriously took it from a year ago
want to gain a good 10 to 15 lbs from the cycle
and keep 80 % of it after pct
for pct I hav Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) 2×2500 ius
20 10 mg tamoxifen
30 100mg Clomid
and hav liquidex at hand
I ll be taking good care of diet and training
suggestions needed if any

Run the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) durring your cycle not durring the PCT.
