Decided on my cycle, have got everything in order. This has been built up with help of the members on here. I am around 200lbs, not sure on BF but it is high, this is probably my third cycle after taking a few years off. The cycle is as follows:
Week 1-12 (Test E 250mg/wk)
Weeks 1-20 (Primo Depot 600mg/wk)
Weeks 4-12 (Anavar 10mg ED)
Weeks 1-20 T3 25mcg ED
Weeks 1-20 ECA stack 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off, clen in the off weeks (Minimal dosages)
I am trying to cycle the Test for 12 weeks as the Primo Depot is for 20 weeks, when I come off the Primo depot I will take 6 weeks off and then do a similar cycle as above but increase the Test to 500mg/week, the Primo to 800mg/week and the Anavar to 20mg ED.
What are your thoughts and critiques? I am aiming at 2 cycles a year. My protein will be around 350g a day, 50g carbs a day and around 30-40g of fats per day. Cardio will be done ED, aiming for 500 calories ED, training will be 5 days a week, weekend off to recover or maybe do bodyweight exercises or non weight exercises on weekends.
Hoping to turn this into a log if there isn't a huge amount of critique on the cycle.
