test e and equipopoise question

well when picking my cycle theres a couple of things that go through my mind. 1 price 2 what danger am i putting my body through.
My workout two on one off
day1 chest/lower back
day2 legs
day3 off
day4 back
day5 arm/abs/mics.

meals...

1. 2 hole eggs 4 egg whites 1 slice holegrian bread 8oz. juice 6:00 am

2. protien shake 40g protien 24g card 11g fat

3. meat(fish,chicken,beef)about 40g protien. apple water veg. of some sort

4. prework out shake 20g protien 11 carb 11fat

5. post workout shake 40g protien 50 carb fat?

6. same as 3

7. shake cacien protien.

please help!!!
 
Im about to start my third cycle and i have equipoise and test e. I just wanted to know what all of you thought for the dosage.

weeks
1-15 test-e 250mg twice a week
1-14 eq 400mg ew if its dosed at 200mg per or 600mg if its dosed at 300mg per.
11-15 hcgnerate 5 caps ed ( or 1-15 Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) 500ius twice a week)
15-19 clomid 25-50mg ed,unleadhed/post cycle ed

Keep adex on hand at the least for gyno sides.
 
^^^you definitely need to add some more calories. id say add a cup of oatmeal and a bagel to your breakfast, lunch add a cup of brown rice or whole wheat pasta, same for dinner. if your on cycle you need to eat more than your current diet
