Want to cut using Test E 500mg for 12 weeks.
My current stats:
Sex: Male
Age: 27
Height: 5'9
Weight: 180lbs
BF: 15%
I have done a Test E 500mg to bulk in the past, I've got my hCG, A.I and PCT meds and pins all good to go.
Been natural for about a year now and slowly with slacking on training/nutrition got me up closer to 25% body fat at 204 so I've cut down a fair bit naturally already to get to 15%.
My goal is to hit 8% body fat by summer time (Australia) it's July now and Nov/Dec is Summer.
I know I could do it naturally and I want advice from people who have cut using Test before, I don't want to add in any other compounds and I know diet is the key for cutting/bulking.
My question isn't "Oh Test E burn fat?" because I know it's mainly diet/cardio.
Looking for advice from people who have cut naturally to around 8% bf before and also have done it with Test and wondering how much better is it with the Test, does it make much of a difference to Size/Strength during the cut to say 8% body fat? and of course what happens during PCT if you use Test to cut vs natural.. do you rebound bad? say if I went up to maintaince calories during PCT.
