Test-E/ Deca-Durabolin/ D-Bol First Cycle Advice

So first cycle. Researched this for about a month, but I've received mixed info on various components. Mainly that, when paired with Deca, Nolvadex can exacerbate any progesterone related gyno/sides and that perhaps Aromasin should also be taken during cycle. Additionally, that post cycle therapy (pct) should be started in week 15, two weeks after the cycles end and not in week 13 with decreased dosages along the way to allow the body to take over naturally.

Stats: 23 yrs old
175 lbs
BF% 7
Bench-225x6
Squat- 355x8

Nutrition: 3500-4000 cals a day
600-700 carbs
275-300 g protein

So without further adieu, and please be brutally honest:

Week 1-12``500mg/wk TEST-E (although I've heard as low as 250 because I'm young/first cycle and my body is receptive)
Week 1-11``400mg/wk Deca-Durabolin
Week 1-5`` 40 mg/day Dianabol
Week 13-15`` HCG 500iu/day & Vit E 1000iu/day
Week 13-16``20mg/day Aromasin
Week 13-17``20mg/day Nolvadex
 
well first you already know your to young to use roids................second if this is your first cycle it should be run test only @300 to 600 a wk.........because you need to know how your body is going to react to test only........also post cycle therapy (pct) start 2 wk after your last injection
 
That is a lot of heavy gear and mgs for your first cycle at 23. Test and Dbol at that rate on your 1st cycle and also deca, damn. You asked for advice I would take yamico's advise.

So 500 mg/wk Test-E and no Deca.

Now to the D-Bol. Isn't this almost a necessity as a starter for the first 4-5 weeks, even a small dose like 15-20 mg?

I've also read that while on cycle I should be taking 250 mg of HCG every 3 days and .25 mg of armidex every few days as well. Can you shed some light on this?

Lastly, what would you do for PCT in this particular scenario?

Dbol isn't necessary for your first cycle. Test alone on your first cycle is going to do a lot for you. Like yamico said, do test alone and see how your body reacts. Don't saturate your body with all that product all at once for your first time out.

How is your diet? I always thought mine was good, but I am always amazed on how much better it can be. Doesn't matter how much product you use. If your diet isn't up to par you aint gonna gain all that much.

Just what I think.. PCT, I am not to good with that or which is best.
 
I know its bad, but I only do PCT if I feel I need it or if I start to get some sides from a product. If you must cycle, it would be wise to have some on hand before you even start your cycle.
 
Yeah Steel I definitely plan on having all the product before I began...I've heard one too many horror stories.

Here's what I had yesterday:

Breakfast: 3 eggs scrambled w/ 4 slices ham and shredded cheese. 2 slices dbl protein bread. 2 cups milk (70gs protein)

Post workout: Banana blended w/ 1 cup of milk and 2 scoops whey (60gs protein)

1 hour later: Can of tuna (26 gs protein)

Lunch: Turkey sandwich and salad w/ sunflower seeds (35 g protein)

1 hour later: 1 cup yogurt (10g protein)

Dinner: 2 chicken breasts w/ red potato and brown rice (65g protein)

Before bed: Casein (34g)

Comes to 300 exactly for protein. Usually I'll throw in a kale, apple, and orange smoothie. So with all the bread, fruit, milk, and veggies carbs are through the roof.
 
At least you are one of the ones who pays attention to your diet. Keep calories and carbs in mind. Not only to eat them and the amount, but when to eat them.

A diet can become a huge task to make up. Check a few web sites out and they will help you along. It also depends on what you are looking for, size, cut, lean muscle etc.

JStock, I ran this cycle as my 3rd and gained 15 pounds and had huge increases in the gym, hold on it though till then
