Hi guys, I'm planning my second proper cycle now, will be starting in a couple of months so that should give me pleanty of time to decide what to do.
Last cycle I didnt want to gain too much water weight etc, but this time I don't mind too much, I used test(omna) and eq for 15 weeks.
I had very good gains and learnt a hell of a lot, I didnt start eating as much as I should of until the last few weeks, so i'm expecting I can get better gains this time round.
I've got my test all ready and good, alpha - supose to be really good. and was wondering what to take with it, if to take anything at all.
The eq in the last cycle did help me eat, and be more vascular and I don't know what else I hear so much and its hard knowing the truth but i've been eating to excess for a while after now, went up to 26% bf down to around 22% now and should be back to 15% by the time i'm ready to shoot. I know how to eat this time round

or
eq again and test e
or
test e only.
I'm just thinking I want gains but not too much water, so i might not do deca, but I know its in many threads but there is no definate answer. Between deca and eq what gives the best quaility gains and mass AFTER the water has gone. Its all good saying gained 20-30lbs etc but when 1/2 is water that 30lbs means nothing to me. If deca can give me more muscle than eq that i can keep then i'll shift to try that this cycle, if not this time I prob will on the next cycle.
My other choice is test only, as this is my second cycle can I gain a decent amount with test e only? i'm looking for around 5-8 lbs extra lbm.
What does adding eq or deca to the test actually do? I know eq limits some sides and deca gives more strength and waters joints, mite be an idea as I am on Winstrol (winny) atm while dieting and seems to be good.
What combo will weild the most amount of lbm? if there is only a small difference it wont matter too much.
I was thinking 250mg of test a week? or shall I do that twice a week?
Wants - what I want out of the cycle...
1- I wanna stay looking as natural as I can, thats why I dont want to look like a balloon.
2- I wanna add about an inch to my arms
3- have a 10 week cycle - unless you guys reckon I should do longer
4- Wanna keep my hair

Also I have nolva from last cycle, but heard thats not good to take with deca, have some clomid but was planning to use that after Winstrol (winny). What shall I take? I wanna kick back into natural as quick as I can so anything quicker that about 2 weeks will be good, as long as its not too expensive. I wanna minimize the depression as much as I can. Got it quite bad last time, I became one of the biggest in my gym :-( then all the new year resoultions came and joined made it alot worse. Now I go to a proper bb gym

Weight: 91kg about 200lbs(just over)
