Test e/EQ cycle pct. Any advice from ppl who aren't stupid or 21 years old

I am currently closing in on 15 weeks using test e (500 wk) EQ (600 wk).

My pct plan is nolvadex 40/40/20/20 + clomid 50/50/20/20

Does this look solid? What are some of your experiences trying to hold onto some of the weight you obtained with a cycle? Any diet recommendations?

Yes. Run the test a week longer than your EQ (either stop EQ after wk 14 or run test for an additional week)

Wait 15-20 days after your last pin of test, which would be three or more weeks after your last EQ injection & proceed with your PCT plan.

Don't "diet" specifically during or right after PCT - eat at maintenance and keep at it in the gym.

Thanks a lot.

can environmental variables like diet and training sustain your gains alone? Or will hormones always be necessary to be at your best? This opens up discussion for other PED tactics like "cruising" and that is not what I am looking to discuss. I would love to hear some feedback on how gains in strength and body weight held up 3 months after their PCT protocol was finished. Id prefer input from A NON BODYBUILDING perspective. Strength athletes, powerlifters, strongmen, bouncers or fellow barbell nerds.

i actually finished a 500mg 12 test e cycle, 3 months later im actually ever stronger then ever.. provided i had a bit of a down period during pct about 4 weeks after my last pin when my pct finish i started to get stronger***8230;
i believe what helped me is i upped my carbs a fair bit to keep my energy up etc..

Hope that helps :/

Not slacking off in diet and maintaining at least a little bit over maintenance calorie intake is the best thing you can do in PCT in terms of keeping strength/size... You're always going to loose weight when you PCT, some of it will be water and some of it will be muscle, how much muscle though is probably 80% dependant on your diet not so much your hormones.
