Test E EQ No Results

I' am on week 6 of a 12 week cycle. Running 600 test E and 600 Eq a week. Working one muscle a day for 1 hour to an 1 1/2 dending on muscle. Eating right(Alot),sleeping a good 8 to 9 hours a night and drinking my protien shakes. I havent seen or felt any good gains or a strength increase. Been lifting a solid 2 years and this is my first cyle. Any one have any ideas on why I am not seeing anything? Or am i just jumping the gun and need to be patient?:wallbash::wallbash::wallbash:
 
could be patience or it could be diet . almost everyone overestimates how much they eat , if you were eating enough to add mass your weight would have gone up even without steroids.

week 6 huh... either your a late starter or you got bunk gear.

you trust your source? You should be wanting to bang everything that moves in week 5-6

and this.... you should be gaining weight just by the amount of food your eating.

Count your protien shakes as snacks and eat 6 well balanced, high protien meals a day.

Count your macros and cals.
 
fitday.com is a good way to count ur cals and percentages (fat, pro, carb) try to stick as close as you can to a 20f/40p/40c if you can stick to that at 3000cals and not gaining then try to add 500more cals and keep the macros the same bro, I don't gain much until i hit the 3500cal mark

And i would think you would have seen some strength increases by now, but with me I can feel my libido kick in within a week so I know its real or not.

definitley,fitday.com or Livestrong.com are both excellent sites to keep up with your food intake,livestrong has everything,i love it
 
i was thinking the same thing super, only way i can bulk is to lower my reps and work outs, if i want to cut then i go more reps more days, other wise i would have to eat 4500 cals lol more is not always better
 
if you're working one muscle for 1 to 1.5 hours...you are over training. Biceps, for example, respond great with only 6-8 sets (they are a small muscle group)
 
Yes i do trust my source. My workout partner and i got the same gear and amounts from the same guy. This is our both our first cycle and he is blowing up! I train diffrent times on diffrent muscles EX: Biceps 30 to 45 min and then cardio to finish out, Chest usually an hour then cardio for about 30 min. So do i need to go heavier wt less reps or just less reps? Are my dosages correct do i need more or less of one? Its just frustrating to see my lift buddy blow up and me just naturally gaining.
 
he may be taking the same thing but is he eating twice as much as you? go to fitday.com put in what you ate today and post the numbers, percentages and grams of pro/carb/fat and then we can probably help you more
 
as for training I can only tell you what works for me, I do 5x5
mon squats, db press, row, abs
wed squats, db incline press, dead lifts, abs, lower back
fri squats, bb press, row, tris 2 exercises 3x8, bis 3x8
what i do is work my way up in weight so that my last set is my 5 rep max, as soon as i get it 2 wks or its to easy I go up

if your not gaining weight at 3000cals bring up to 3500 and see what happens, then 4000 and so on, or go talk to 3j and he will put something together for you

copy and paste ur diet in the the diet forum and maybe 3j will see it to help you

more cals brother if its your first cycle, and u want to explode get them up to 4000k.
maybe chuck some dirty food in there... you could be eating to clean.

when ever my weight gain stops i hit maccas for a couple of meals mmmmm

Dawg is spot on here. One of the biggest mistakes people make is how much they are eating. Believe me, I know firsthand. It took me years to figure out I really wasn't eating as much as I thought I was. You really gotta pack on the calories to put on mass. My guess is it's probably that.
 
Agreed on the more food. 2900 cals is nowhere near enough!

At 150lbs I was eating around 3500 cals (without counting protein shakes) for a mild bulk cycle.
 
Thanks guys i will post my diet and increase my intake and go from there! I will keep posting to let ya'll know if and when i get my strength increse. One more question does eq kill your libdo cause mine is about the same if not lower.
